I began my career at J.P. Morgan designing mobile applications, and quickly progressed to become a UX lead in the investment banking space. Today, I lead the design team for the Global Corporate Bank, where I oversee a portfolio of internal platforms and client-facing applications.

As one of the design directors at this Glasgow agency, my role was to enforce mobile and web UX best practices through all stages of the design thinking process. I provided clear creative direction and eventual sign-off on their outputs. Clients included RBS, Vodafone and UWS.
